Unable to upload media and edit my post which is still on draft version

Hi,
I have a weird issue where I am unable to upload media to the wordpress from my laptop and when i type and edit my post , it shows the post is getting edited however , while i try to publish or if i save and log off from site and re login. I can see that my post is not updated .
I have seriously no idea why this is happening. Moreover if I update the post from mobile app, it works and get saved. Issue is from the laptop.Can please someone help me? My work is stuck just because of this issue
