Unable to Upload Media with Classic Editor

The classic editor is not permitting media to be uploaded, is there a fix yet for this issue? I find the block editor cumbersome.

You should be able to add media files while using the Classic editor, what seems to be the issue? Are you seeing any particular error?

Thank you for your reply. I am unable to locate media files using the Classic Editor, it just hangs, but I can access my media library. I have to switch to the Block Editor to upload new images, but only one at a time! This one image then deletes all the images in a gallery and replaces them with this single image. I then have to use the Classic Editor to recreate the gallery. This upgrade has not been sufficiently tested and it has left my ‘Twenty Twelve’ theme severely damaged. Is it at all possible to roll back to the previous version?

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Thank you for your help. Browser is up to date and all cookies cleared. I have discovered that I am able to upload files using the Classic Editor provided I drag and drop, but am unable to locate media by browsing folders. The update has definitely caused issues which I hope will be soon resolved. Cheers.
