Unable to Upload New Photos or delete old ones?
-
I am trying to do a new article on a brave pilot that saved the lives of children by sacrificing his own of which I was one of those children. I can’t upload any photos of him sent to me by the family with their permission to share them with the world? Also, some of the old photos I previously uploaded that I know I will never use again, I can’t figure out how to delete them? Can you please help me? My email is: (email visible only to moderators and staff) Thanks so much, Linda.

Hi there,
What message do you get when you try uploading the pictures?
If the size of the images is too big, you might have problems. WordPress can accept up to 1 GB in a file size, but the bigger it is, the more probabilities a glitch in your internet connection may cause to fail the uploading process. Try resizing them in an Image editing program. Also, make sure, you’re using images with the allowed formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif. More information:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/To delete your images, go to lritlin1blog.wordpress.com/wp-admin
click Media > Library. Click the image you want to delete. There’s a option in the lower corner that says “Delete permanently”.
