Unable to upload or save changes

    I have two questions:
    1) I thought I upgraded to the paid version. How do I check this?
    2) I am unable to upload images, update blog or save any edits. My web developer and GoDaddy support are able to do this though. Have upgraded RAM and modems thinking is was a speed issue. What should I try next?

    Hi – you have a self-hosted version of WordPress. These forums provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.com. If you’re unsure about the differences between the two versions, please read this support page.

    Based on the description you’ve given, it seems like your user account doesn’t have permission to make changes to the site. Confirm with your web developer if you have an admin account for the site. If it’s a more serious issue, you’ll need to contact your host (GoDaddy) to see if they can fix the issue from their end.
