Unable to upload photo to gravatar

  I scanned through the forums but found nothing that helped, so I am creating a new thread. I have followed the instructions on the website as well as other sites discussing how to upload your photo. The photo in question is within dimension limits and file size requirements and upload to the “photo gallery” just fine. However, when making it the profile photo I get to the “crop and finish” and upon clicking the button I get sent back to the “Manage Gravatars” page. I have attempted this numerous times with a few different photos, yet encounter the same result. Please help a newbie out.
