  Hi, I am not able to upload photos in my blogs. Though I online, I get the message that i am offline. Please help.

  Hi, are you using https://wordpress.com/media ? If you are and it says you are offline there, would you be willing to try another browser?

  If you’re not using that, please send more details and we’ll go from there.
