unable to upload photos to media file or blogpost

  I had no problem uploading images last month, but I cannot upload photographs today. I have spent all day inactivating/reactivating plug-ins, trying plain, post-name, and custom permalink settings, and trying other website recommendations to solve this problem. At first I was getting the message “The response is not a valid JSON response” and later, after playing around with settings. Now I am getting either the message “Cannot convert blob . . .” or the “Post-processing of the image failed . . .” message even though the size of the photos I’m trying to load are smaller than those I successfully uploaded last month. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  NS1.BLUEHOST.COM
  NS2.BLUEHOST.COM

  it looks like your site is using name servers that aren’t associated with WPcom. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
