Unable to upload pictures from my computer.

I have a website through Yahoo! Small Business and a WordPress blog attached to the site. http://www.veteransconservationcorps.com/blog.
My question is this: When I try to upload an image on my blog I get an error message which states that I’m “missing a temporary folder.”
If you can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

I’m sorry to report that you have accidentally posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/
