Unable to Upload plugins from download Sites

  I downloaded plugins from online source. but got error to uploade in wordpress. So How i use this ?

  What is the error you are facing?

  Note that to upload/install plugin you need to have Business Plan of WordPress.com

  Free plans comes with built in plugins, list you can refer below.
