Unable to upload profile photo

  Hello, Been trying to upload my profile image for the past 10 minutes, however, each and every time I see this ‘Hmm, your new Gravatar was not saved. Please try uploading again’ What am I doing wrong?

  Hi there,

  I see a Gravatar was uploaded to your account about 11 hours ago. Were you trying to change this Gravatar when you ran into saving trouble?

  If so, and you’re still having trouble let us know. If things are now saved correctly I’d be curious to know what you did to solve the problem as this may help us make our service better.
