  I am unable to upload a theme installed in my computer.
  It’s asking for a pro plan.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  customized themes are only available on Pro plans. Khushi930591874.wordpress.com is currently using the Free plan, which is why you cannot install the downloaded theme.

  You can activate any of the free or premium themes on WordPress.com by visiting https://wordpress.com/themes.

  To further clarify, you can upload any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress” but to do so you will need to first upgrade to the WordPress.com Pro Plan. More info here.

  Once you upgrade, the option to upload themes will appear. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
