  Hi there, I try to upload the zip file but couldn’t. Please help

  Hi there!

  Taking a look into your account, I can see that your site zestful-andyselina2023.wpcomstaging.com is indeed using the Business plan, and should be able to install and use third party themes.

  When you try to install your theme’s zip file, are you seeing any specific error messages? If so, could you let us know what the message says, or what’s showing otherwise when you try to upload the theme?

  Once we have that information, we can take a closer look.
