  I am not using bussiness theme and would like to learn how to do add and drop using elementor .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan are able to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  Other sites can select themes from the WordPress.com theme directory: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you let us know what kind of theme you’re looking for, we may be able to give some suggestions. :)

  Sadly, only sites with the Business Plan can use custom plugins like Elementor. However, all sites do get access to some plugins automatically.

  There are also some incompatible plugins to be aware of which cannot be used on WordPress.com entirely. Those are listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/
