Unable to upload theme, because there is no option to upload a theme in the sidebar….

I would like to upload my own theme. But the sidebar is not showing all the options i need… It is impossible to move forward like this. Please explain me what to do.

If your own theme is considered necessary you’ll have to look at a WordPress.org install. Installing your own theme purchased elsewhere isn’t permitted at WordPress.com I’m afraid.
