  The menu for upload of theme and plugin was not find on my dashboard , please how can I upload a theme from my computer

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @toneroblog ,

  WordPress.com does not support uploaded themes or plugins. You have confused WordPress.com and WordPress.org. There are numerous differences in the two, and if you like, you can read more about them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You can make a website/blog on either WordPress.com or WordPress.org. You will need to find self hosting if you choose .org.

  Live chat is available to WordPress.com users with an upgraded plan (premium or business). I am a volunteer and can’t do live chat. The only support for WordPress.org is via volunteers in their public forums: http://wordpress.org/support/

  Plz. How can i chat with u, because i don’t see how i can login to WordPress.org and build a site . i can only download the installation on WordPress.org and then work offline. ie “wamp server”, which is not what i want .

  I can’t provide chat, this is how you get support for WordPress.com as a free user, in the support forums with help from volunteers (me).

  I want to clarify that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are entirely different. You are at the WordPress.com forums now, but what you are describing is WordPress.org. You can read more on the differences in WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
