unable to upload video

    I’ve tried to upload a video 15 times today and it fails to upload. I’ve paid for premium service as well and this is the poor performance I get. I used desktop because mobile app was crashing. What can you do to help?!!

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    Thanks for confirming that you were able to upload via the desktop, you were using the browser to accomplish this?

    As for the app you are using on your end, is this the “WordPress” app or the “Jetpack” app? If you are using the WordPress app, are you able to upload video by switching to the Jetpack app instead?

    The Jetpack app contains the same site-management functionality as the WordPress app, but establishes a much better connection to the Jetpack functionality (such as video) that is built in to our managed service.
