Unable to upload video from I Photo.

  I am unable to upload video from i photo. Error message says video codec is unsupported. Never had an issue before. Purchased upgrades for extra storage. Thank You.

  Hi there,

  It sounds like the video files you’re trying to upload are not the correct file type. Can you try converting the video to one of the file types listed here before uploading again?
