Unable to upload Video only In Media Library

getting this error while uploading the only Video in the media library in WordPress. Any help?
I have checked following:
1) I have shared hosting. I am able to upload videos on all other sites on the same hosting.
2) Plugin crash, I have tried de-activating all the plugins but did not help. Now, CF7, Woocomm, WPbakery and slider revolution. 4 Active now. They came with the theme, default.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
