Unable to Upload WordPress Theme

  Currently working to build a new site for our company and picked out the theme we wanted, paid for it, and downloaded it. Went into the Themes section clicked to install a new theme, but the page does not seem to accept any files to be uploaded to it. has anyone else encountered this issue? any ideas on what is going on here? pay for the business license and tried logging out and back in and nothing seems to be making a difference.

  Hi there!

  Could you try clicking here and clicking the “Continue” button? Doing so will activate the hosting features on your site, which then allows you to upload your own themes and install plugins.

  You’ll see a note about the subdomain changing from .wordpress.com to .wpcomstaging.com. That’s normal. Your site will load at the custom domain you connected once the domain is configured and set as primary.
