Unable to upload XML files. 'There was an error retrieving purchases.'

  Tried to upload my TravelPod XML files.
  WordPress Plan = Free
  Attempted to upload my first XML file but failed possibly due to poor connection.
  Attempted a second time but now I am not not able to upload the XML file.
  Settings: There was an error retrieving purchases.
  Import: WordPress is grayed out!

  Please help me here. Thanks!

  Can you please try clearing your browser cache and then try again?

  If it still won’t work, please try the importer in WP-Admin instead:
