Unable to use a username I had created a long time ago.

    Hello WordPress Team,
    I am Srishti. I had created a blog with the username srishtisanjaydaiv a while ago, hard to say when. Also, in the past, I have used about 2-3 email addresses to sign up for Tumblr, hence unsure of which one was used to sign up using ‘srishtisanjaydaiv’ as the username. I am willing to offer any kind of authentication you might require for the same as the email addresses used are solely mine.

    Could you please check why I am unable to use this username?

    The address srishtisanjaydaiv.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved!

    Note the username account that registered that blog is https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/srishtisanjaydaiv

    When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.

    If and only if you have that username account then the blog is reserved for you and you will be able to log in appropriately and register it after logging in under the correct username account.

    However, if you changed your username then the blog URL will not be available for use under the new username account.
