unable to use domain name

  use a domain name I had previously mapped before – it’s not allowing me to use it again despite the fact I no longer have it attached to a hosting site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes and the relevant and required information for assisting you is the URL of that domain. I cannot see it. Post it now.

  Staff need details to recover the domain.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation, or the domain expiration take place?

  Hello,
  I have the domain on a separate website and was mapping it, so the actual domain couldn’t have expired.
  the domain url is strangerminds.com
  the new url that im trying to map to is strangerminds.wordpress.com
  mapped to the wrong one before and deleted it. Was told the domain would be free in 24 hours.
  i just purchased the upgrade again because I cancelled the last upgrade within an hour of purchasing it.

  I had purchased it on the wrong account but had been told that that wasn’t an issue

  If you have access to both accounts, you can transfer the upgrade from one account to the other yourself:
