Unable to use elementor pro landing page the_content error

Hello! I am trying to use elementor landing page on my wordpress. I have wordpress pro and elementor pro and having problems getting it to show on my page. Currently i have another page showing thats not what it should be. Elementor pro support has told me to contact wordpress to have my permissions changed by them. I looked through the tutorials and none of them helped me is there anything I can do or am I stuck waiting for wordpress to reply? Its been over 10 hours.

Hey there, can you share a few details of what is wrong and what they’re asking to change?
Also, are you able to log in as the site owner? I don’t know what changes Elementor is asking for, but the account owner would need to authorize any changes from our side.
That account will have access to direct support as well, which should make the resolution faster than it would be through our forums team, so if possible, log out and log back in as that user before reaching out again here.

‘Always happy to help! From the System Info File, I’ve noticed that there is a problem with writing permissions which is most probably the cause of the issue (Screenshot attached). You can contact your hosting provider to change the permissions for you’
I am trying to use a landing page from elementor pro on my wordpress pro. I created a landing page #265 and when i try to open it to view it. “You must call ‘the content’ function in the current page” is the error I get. I went through all the steps that wordpress has on its help page but still can’t seem to get it figured out.
So I messaged elementor pro support and they also tried to assist me but to no luck. They looked into my system files for me and noticed the problem was the permissions that I have. I am an admin for my website.
