Unable to use latest WordPress features

  Reinstalled OS and browser, providing a CLEAN SLATE, updated the browser and set the preferences to your specifications, and I’m still told that I can’t use the latest WordPress features because my browser needs upgrading. NOT!

  WordPress has been attractive all these years because it was virtually problem free. Now, you’ve created a huge headache that seems insurmountable. Please fix this problem if you want us to keep coming here.

  I was using the Safari browser when I clicked on the “My Sites” tab at WordPress.com. I received an “Unsupported Browser” that directed me to update my browser. I had updated Safari that same day so it wasn’t outdated. I had no trouble accessing WordPress features with the Safari browser previously. I have multiple sites that I used to be able to administer via that tab but suddenly it doesn’t work as it did.

  Can you please tell us exactly which version of Safari you’re using. Staff will need that information in order to check if it’s a specific version causing this issue.

  Also, are you using it on a Mac or on a mobile device? What version of the operating system are you running on that device?
