Unable to use Paypal to renew domain mapping

  Just what the subject says. I’m getting this error from WordPress:

  This subscription was originally purchased by another user. Please ask the subscription owner to renew the subscription.

  There’s a question on the same issue which was answered, and the answer makes no sense. WordPress is not being used to register the domain in question.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I should note that I am renewing this for the account owner.

  Now I’ve tried using a Discover card and still getting this:

  Please fix this ASAP.

  Hi there,

  Only the username account that owns an upgrade can renew it. In this case, the upgrade belongs to the username, olivercomputing, so you’ll need to log in as that username to renew the mapping upgrade.

  Once the mapping expires and is removed you won’t be able to add it back without purchasing a plan, and there’s also a waiting period before a different account can add it back, so I’ve extended your upgrade by a few days to give you time to sort this out.
