Unable to use the editor

Last week i contacted WordPress or an advisor saying my desktop app did not allow me to use the editor so i was told to sent them a message again but this time from the Desktop app. Each and everytime i try using the editor it just kicks me out and says an unhandled error occurred.

What version of the app are you using and what is your operative system?
Have you tried reinstalling the app already? -
I am using the latest desktop app and after deleting it several times.
I contacted WordPress and got assisted by someone called Will and he said I must try contacted support on the WordPress desktop app. -
Hmm, and you’re not even able to access Mobile Support directly?
Can you go to Help > Get Application Logs? The logs should contain the full error that’s causing that error dialog to pop up. Then share the error here. If it’s the same error over and over you can just share it once. If it’s a group of errors over and over, share the group.

@kefiloesello I’ve also checked in with the mobile theme. They mentioned this may be due to a timeout error, and that temporarily switching to Beta may fix it.
You can do that by going to File > Preferences, and switch the Release Channel from Stable to Beta. Then restart the app. It should ask you to update.
