Unable to view my website on a laptop

My website was launched today and I can view it on my phone, but when I go to the ‘my site’ tab I get sent to a mojo marketplace installation page that tells me to lauch the site from my wordpress acct. I already have. 6 hours ago. What should I do?

Aloha mappedapp, Sometimes it can take a while for changes to sync throughout the web. This means it can show up on a phone fine, but a computer will show a different thing; they can use a different path to get to your website.
Are you trying to point your domain to WordPress.com? According to the Whois information, it is not pointing here. If this is correct, it looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.

I have a wordpress.com site. This is the first time I’ve had an issue, I’ve been updating my site on the dashboard but can’t access the site through wordpress or via web.
What else do you suggest? -
Sometimes it can take a while for these changes to work their way through the different systems. Can you try again and see if this is working now?
