Unable to view new wordpress site

  Hi there, I just created a new wordpress site and I’m encountering some problems with it. I do realise that it appears to be relatively straightforward, but I cannot identify what the problem is.

  I just created this site, perhaps about 3 hours ago, and I’ve already chosen a theme for it and added some pages. However, I cannot view the site, as if the site doesn’t exist. I thought it would take some time for it to appear, but after 3 hours, the problem still persists.

  Another problem that I’m encountering is that I cannot customise the site after choosing the theme. Each time I click on customise, the Customizer doesn’t load and brings me to a page that says “Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly.”

  Is there some setup that I’m missing out here? Thank you.

  Hi there,

  I’ve just clicked “smumuslimsociety.wordpress.com.” and I get that the authors deleted the site. Once you delete a site, you cannot recover it. Is this the site you’re having problems with?
