Unable to view or select photos in customizer

Hello! I am building a site with a child theme I created from Agama. I have media in my gallery, but when I am using the customizer I am unable to see any of my media/images and therefore cannot set a header image or add an image anywhere else in my site. When I try to add an image directly in the customizer I receive an error message to please try again later, however, I’ve been trying for over a week. I’ve used different computers and different internet browsers with the same results. Please help!

I created my account and log in through wordpress.com, however, the site is hosted through Bluehost. I wasn’t sure which forum would be most appropriate.

I cannot log in to wordpress.org, but my credentials do allow me to log in to wordpress.com. I attempted to move my site to wordpress.org following the steps outlined here: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-properly-move-your-blog-from-wordpress-com-to-wordpress-org/
I am still unable to log in to wordpress.org. I do not understand why my site is on wordpress.com even though I installed WordPress to my domain through my Bluehost account. Could you assist me in migrating to a wordpress.org account so I can proceed with editing my site? Thank you. -
I resolved the original issue by giving up on the Agama theme and selecting a different theme.
Do I understand correctly that I need to create a separate account at wordpress.org?

Yes. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
