Unable to view posts or pages in jetpack application

I have jetpack connected to eagleeyet.net and all is fine with the connection but for some reason the latest version of the app which i have on my iphone fails to load pages and posts it remains a black screen for posts and fetching pages for pages but nothing ever loads.

Are there any updates on this please as this has been 3 days with no response and its very inconvenient that I cannot write any posts or pages via this app.

How long does it usually take before the Jetpack team to respond to support tickets please?

Hi @eagles051387, I don’t have an ETA for them.
I can offer a few ideas though:
- Confirm whether you see the same issue in a browser
- If a browser is fine, you might try rebooting the phone, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Check to see if your phone has free space on it (apps can get weird if you’re running out)
- If you still need support, I’d recommend avoiding “nudging” the ticket or asking for updates; best to just wait for a response to the initial question
