Unable to view website OR login to wp-admin page

I am unable to access any links on my website and when I try to click on them it says, ‘Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’
Additionally, I cannot access my wp-admin page to attempt to update anything.
Lastly, it also gives a warning of ‘your connection to this site is not secure’ when I try to visit the homepage of the site, often not letting me or anyone else view it.

Your sites are not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Hi,
I don’t have an account on WordPress.org and have always logged in on .com in the past. I can access the dashboard etc and see all my pages but can’t edit them as when I click edit it says it won’t go to the page due to it being embedded by another website and can’t access the admin by typing it in as I also get the page not found message.
