Unable to work with Jetpack

Hey!
I just installed Jetpack on my site, but ever since I haven’t been able to log properly on WordPress, nor load any content with my account. I need to improve some features on my site and I can’t perform on the side menu from the side. I just downloaded the desktop app and I can’t improve any of the features I could from the WP site. How can I go back to the usual configuration or work better with the app?

Thank you for your prompt answer! I’ve already written to Jetpack Support and they told me it’s something related to WordPress. I’ve beem working out on this issue and I just found out it’s a circumstance that only affects the people who work as administrators for the site.
That’s a major situation, since the editor (me) needs to log in as every single user to approve and correct all the contents. When I log with my account, I can see the menu at the sidebar, but when I click on any option the only things I’m able to read are these:– Your current theme does not have support for the Options Framework plugin.
– You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.These two only appear when I click on the “Plugins” and the “RG Network Settings” options at the top of the page and below the top menu. Below there’s only a blank page, where the features of every option are supposed to appear. I’ve already downloaded the WordPress Desktop App and whenever I try to load new content, the site doesn’t seem to save it and if I try to load a picture or publish anything new, I just can’t.
Can you help me find out any probable solution? Thank you so much for your support!

Not all WordPress.org features will work on WordPress.com even with utilization of Jetpack.
