Unable to write new post

    When I try to write a new post in the upper right corner of my account, the drop down appears but it is blank and does not load anything and I am unable to get to a screen where I can actually write something.

    This happened to me in the past whenever I was using Chrome to access WordPress, but now its also happening on my Safari browser. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Any ideas on what I can do to fix this issue or why its happening?

    Hi @isabelbakh ,

    Hmm… I have never encountered the same problem, but maybe you are facing some browser issues? Try doing a forced refresh, or better yet, try deleting your cache. You can find info about both of those on the following page.
