Unable to write, or access my stats

I have not been on my site for about 6 months, and when I was ready to write again this week, I have been unable to access the writing feature-it comes up blank, with only a question mark in the lower right hand corner. When I follow the question mark, it brings me to a set of “block” info, which I have no clue about how to access to be able to write my blog. Also, none of the stats appear, as it used to. This is all very confusing, and being unable to create a new blogpost is very frustrating. I have a free domain. It is https://modernmimi2.wordpress.com/ . Please advise and help!!

There is also a Classic block that is similar to the Classic editor.
