Unactive customizing tools after purchase

  I already paid for this template, why aren’t all the options active?

  Hi! i purchased this template in 2013- but not all customization tools are active. Please help!

  Hi Karien,

  It looks like the theme Gallery that you purchased in January is currently active on your blog. Could you explain what features you’re looking for that are currently not active?

  Please note, for tools like the custom CSS or custom font, you will need to purchase the Custom Design upgrade shown here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/

  Those features aren’t included with a theme purchase!
