unale to login and renew domain

hi.
Ive been trying to login to dashboard to renew domain / hosting for the last few days, but receive the error below:
User russbkenya Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
You are logged in as ‘russbkenya’ and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for ‘Educating Kenyan Orphans’. If you are not ‘russbkenya’, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are ‘russbkenya’ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.
I have been the only admin of this site since I set it up in 2018.
I have filled repeated forms, received reset links from WordPress but just keep going around in circles. Our domain educatingkenyanorphans.org was due for renewal today but I cant access anything so I’m guessing it has now expired.Please assist.

I do not see any upgrades under your @russbkenya WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that educatingkenyanorphans.org is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @russbkenya login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

Morning.
Seriously I’ve tried all the self help forms, they just put me into an endless loop of nothing.
The registered email address is correct, as i receive notifications on it, and I have all the original transaction details which I’ve attempted to use as proof of ownership. It just takes me to resetting password (done that made no difference), and around in more circles again.
I’ve tried the only alternative i can think of, didn’t work. I only do the admin so rarely need to login, but have never had a problem before.

1. Retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:

2. Send it to us through this form:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
