  I canceled my hosting and websites and I was still charged a $300 annual hosting renewal for Brevardnaturealliance.org. The charge does not show in my billing history. Please refund the charge immediately and cancel the hosting.

  Hi there,

  The domain, brevardnaturealliance.com, is registered through GoDaddy.com, and has never been connected to any site hosted with us on WordPress.com.

  If that charge is for renewal of a hosting plan at GoDaddy, please contact their support directly for help with this.

  The domain you mentioned first, brevardnaturealliance.org, was registered and hosted with us, but was cancelled yesterday. The last payments you made to us for that site were $300 on 10 June 2021 for the Business Plan (cancelled on 29 April), $19.26 on 14 June 2021 for the brevardnaturealliance.org domain (cancelled yesterday), and $22 on 15 June for the brevardnaturealliancetest33uyplfwuyplwy.blog domain (also cancelled 29 April).

  There hasn’t been any charges on your account since 15 June last year, and you no longer own any upgrades with us, so we won’t charge you again unless you buy a new upgrade from us.
