My Card got charged for two transactions by WordPress on 22nd of Oct.
1. INR 11328.00
2. INR 6,354.30I can’t see these details in any of my wordpress accounts as of now.
I would like to know the details and refund this as asap if wordpress has chagred me for what I don’t use.

Thye made these charges for an Account that was created for POC and they them self blocked my access as this was not in use. Even today I can’t login into the account, How you can charge almost 20K for the services which you don’t allow to use.

WordPress.com doesn’t block accounts because they aren’t used and wordpress.com doesn’t disallow you to use the services you paid for.
To actually use a paid plan you must be logged in to the account owning that paid plan.
To restore access to the account owning that paid plan, you can do so by using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

there is no response on the ticket. thats just standard links for support nothing specific to my issue.

this is really frustrating, anytime I try it submits another ticket and nothing goes further.
Which gives impression that its pending on me.

My Original issue is that I can’t log in to my account where Word Press has Charged me.
I don’t see any email from your support team related to this topic, other than Auto Generated one.
I raised tickets while trying to gain access to my account using multiple methods… by Lost Password or using Transaction Reference.. in both cases it generated tickets and I got autogenerated emails.. nothing from your team.
It’s a bottleneck.. where you people are just dictating here. but not helping

You can find the replies in the email inbox that you entered when submitting the Account Recovery form:

Boss.. that’s what I have been doing. I haven’t got any reply on this email from your so-called team. Only auto-generated emails with similar links.

We can’t take screenshots from your email, but are you checking the account listed here? https://wordpress.com/me/account
That’s the email address that should have our responses. And, have you tried using the search tool in case they’re ending up in spam/bulk somehow? If you’re in Gmail, try this:
in:all [Account Recovery] WordPress.com Account Recovery AssistanceOur most recent reply on this one is asking about a new email address, so if you want to update us here with that I can set that for you. It’ll get redacted from the forums automatically, so that only staff can see it.

So you are getting what you call “auto-generated emails with similar links” but you don’t get emails send from Staff members?

I don’t want to be personal.. but getting very frustrated, with your justifications. Which account I am supposed to get these notifications from??? the one I
mentioned in the form above, right? Don’t have anything there. a 100% time waste with such a worst support team.
