In simple Language. I have not received any of your emails on the shared email address. Not sure why you guys don’t understand this. I have been complaining the same thing.

This has nothing to with justifications. We are just trying to find out why you get automated answers but never get emails send by Staff, although they use the same mail system.
The fact you don’t get emails has nothing to do with what you call ‘a worse support team’ but rather with your mail provider who blocks these emails for some reason or another.

WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. So anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress.com is a fraud.

I simply want to access my account for which My Email ID is not active, I want to stop and get a refund of 20K INr, which was charged.
You guys are just sending autogenerated emails.. but not the actual solutions, must to pretending to work hard at your end, but not helping.

We understand your problem and everybody is giving you solutions … but it’s just as we are walking into a wall.
As Staff members already mentioned trhey are are not only sending autogenerated emails but also emails with actual solutions … strangely enough you get the ‘autogenerated emails’ but never the emails send by Staff.

I am not worried because of auto-generated emails, but Need a solution. either please tell me how to recover the account in one go or Please cancel the subscription and refund my money, with the re-coving the account.
The last option would be for me to raise a dispute in bank.

Well everybody is giving you solutions and you don’t want to see them.
Raising a dispute will cost you money and will delay everything for at least 3 months
