Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with this issue. You’ll likely receive a response within a few hours.

Please do not post transaction IDs in this public forum, posting it would allow anyone to claim access to your account. I’ve tagged staff to redact it.

  • Hi Geraldine,

This is regarding the annual renewal for porterair.com.au. If you don’t want the Business plan on that site, I can cancel it and issue you a full refund.

Please note that this cancelation will remove the Business plan’s features as well as the mapping to the domain porterair.com.au.

  • Hi there,

As per your confirmation in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/unauthorised-credit-card-transaction-porterair-com-au/ I’ve cancelled the plan and issued a refund. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

WordPress did not send an Invoice or a Receipt!!

The site in question belongs to the WordPress.com account, ditzydressesbygezza, and multiple renewal reminders, as well as a receipt, were sent to the email address associated with that account.

If you don’t remember your login details for that account or no longer have access to the email address you used for it, please let us know and we can help you regain access.
