Unauthorised bank transaction $399 – URGENT.

    Beyond Bank Statement Date August 21st 2018
    saying Transaction details:
    Wordpress [redacted]
    DUBLIN IE # [redacted]. Amount: Total of $399
    This amount was deducted from my husbands credit card without permission or authorisation. We have contacted the Beyond Bank.
    According to the Bank the transaction was made on Sunday 19th August 8.45 pm (Eastern Aust. time). Please advise with what this payment is for and how you have access to my husband’s credit card. This payment must be reversed.

    Hi,

    All upgrades are setup to be automatically renewed by default. We’ll send you notification emails before charging your card, however we do automatically renew upgrades 30 days before their expiration date.

    It seems that you have been charged for renewal. You can check your bills in Manage Purchases section of your profile to confirm this.
