  After looking over the account that you’re using here in the forums, I am not able to find any charges that are associated with it. This means, that the charge mentioned is connected to a different account.

  The good news, is that you can recover ownership of that lost account with the charge details because those are unique to the transaction and provide proof of ownership that we need. Do not post any of those details here in this public forum. Instead, go to https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form and read about the transaction ID process.
