    I’ll need more information on the charge – what was charged, the name on the credit card, etc. because the account that you are contacting me from is not connected to the charge. I’ll need for you to contact me from the WordPress.com account connected to the charge for me to cancel and refund it if that is what you desire.

    You can go to WPCHRG.COM and put in some information to find out details of the charge.

    Hi, the name on the card is Marcus de Rijk, the card used is associated with this account that I’m contacting you on. That’s why this is so confusing because the card charged is associated with this account – that is, taliskamusic is our band account, and the credit card is our band credit card.

    I also went to WPCHRG.COM and entered the right details, but nothing was found…

    I did not find any charges under the name given, and there can’t be any credit cards associated with your account taliskamusic because there isn’t any history of charges under the account.

    You do not have any memory of what the charge could be for? A domain?
