unauthorised deductions from my credit card

Wordpress has taken unauthorised payments from my credit card. All I get is a generic reply when I query this. The autorenew of my plan is not active.How can I get mey refund of $85.

I can see that the plan for thelostartoflovely.com was automatically renewed a couple of weeks ago, but it was already canceled and refunded. You can find all the details here:

Is this the charge you meant?
Bear in mind that refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.
In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.

No that is not what I mean…I have cancelled my auto renewal weeks ago..
This is another deduction on 1 May 2021
The earlier deduction is on 16 April 2021 and refunded on 17 April 2021.
I would like a refund. -
If that charge comes from WordPress.com, it was not made from this account as there were no other charges.
