  Hi I have been billed
  (19/7/19) $60.00
  (18/7/19) $30.00

  I have free accounts and have not authorised these payments. I also never received emails notifying me before these payments were coming out – Im not even sure what they are for given all my accounts are free.

  Could you please reimburse both of these transactions.
