Unauthorised payment

£240 was taken out of my account. It was an unauthorised payment and which I had cancelled as it had been inactive for over 9 months now. It’s within 96 hours refund policy – has anyone had anything similar or a direct number I contact. Hope to not take this further with WordPress than what it needs to be.

Thanks y’all. I’ve reviewed the account that you’re using here, graemeagillies. I’m afraid that no purchases have ever been processed on that account. This means, that the charge in question came from a different user account. In order to evaluate it for a refund we have to hear from you under that specific account.
