    A payment of £13 was deducted from my account for a domain I have already cancel

    You have 96 hours to request a cancellation and refund of a domain. Looking at your account it renewed ~24 hours ago but that you’ve also filed a chargeback dispute with your bank.

    We’d be more than happy to provide a refund within that 96 hour period, but we can’t do anything while that chargeback is in place.

    We can also process your refund faster than a chargeback process can, so if you can contact your bank ASAP and get that reversed, we’ll be happy to process that refund.
