Unauthorised Payment

A payment of £80 has been taken from my bank account today by wordpress. I did not authorise any payment, please cancel my account and refund me.

All wordpress.com plans are on autorenewal, so you authorised the payment. Also you get several emails informing you about the upcoming payment.

Do you know the address of the site you were charged for? If you’re not sure about that, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.If the charge indeed comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. We’ll need to get some additional information from you to track down the transaction, and we cannot discuss those here in the public forums.
