What is the domain URL please?
Perhaps you have more than one username account. If so clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies before logging into it. Then check your Billing History page https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/
To manage purchases see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/ and here https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew
This maybe helpful too Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Have you tried using this resource?

Hi there,
The recent charge was for renewal of the Premium Plan you bought in January. All WordPress.com upgrade renewal annually and we renew all upgrades at 11 months to prevent an upgrade from expiring due to a payment problem.
Subscriptions for Plans and Domains
We emailed you on 15 November to warn of the upcoming renewal.
I see you have since filed a chargeback against us. When you file a chargeback the payment is frozen pending an investigation by our payment processor, so we cannot refund the renewal payment any more even if we wanted to. You’ll only be refunded once our payment processor concludes their investigation which typically takes around 8 to 12 weeks.
Additionally, filing a chargeback against us causes your site to be locked, and you won’t be able to use it again until you pay the chargeback fee. You can see our full policy regarding chargebacks and disputes here:
If you cancel the dispute with your bank I might still be able to refund you immediately, and then you can manually renew your plan before it expires on 14 January.

URL is thelookclass.com
I do not use this anymore and did not opt in for auto renew
I followed instructions to cancel dispute via PayPal so please refund my money or I will activate the dispute again.
I was not going to run the website for another year.
Thanks

Thank you for cancelling the dispute. I have issued your refund. You should receive it within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Regarding the domain, can you please confirm that you no longer want to own that domain? Cancelled domains do not become available again immediately, and we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to use that domain again elsewhere in future.
