Unauthorised payment

  Hello. I have a payment for £70 come out of my PayPal for WordPress.
  I have no WordPress account. The PayPal email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I have no idea where and why this payment was taken.
  I obviously need a refund. When is this possible? thanks.

  Hi!
  I think in this case I think you should contact customer support directly.
  Log into your wordpress.com account and on the right bottom corner of your dashboard you should see the round blue circle with white question mark. Click on it and a pop up will appear so you can chat with the customer support directly.
